Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to provide expert support and configuration of assigned applications. The role includes training and mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with customers to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Epic Analyst build experience in large-scale environments, certifications in Cadence/MyChart/Ambulatory, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of Epic Analyst build experience across large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments.
• Certified in Cadence, MyChart or Ambulatory (or strong working knowledge of Cadence/MyChart).
• Expert ability to troubleshoot system problems and engineer IT solutions with customers/vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies for large scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level support and configuration of assigned applications.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and support staff.
• Collaborate with customers at all levels to improve operational efficiency.
• Proactively manage and troubleshoot issues within IT teams and manage changes.
• Assist with budget projections and project management recommendations.
