Qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Remote position with prior analyst experience.
• Experience with Epic or other clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility across configuration development and deployment stages.
• Investigates and resolves issues; maintains support processes.
• Guides test planning and execution with appropriate methods and tools.
• Monitors user experience, security, usability, and accessibility requirements.
• Develops and tests incident management procedures; coordinates with service owners.
• Possible after-hours on-call rotation.
