Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Senior Epic Cadence Application Analyst to support VUMC's Scheduling and Referrals build in Epic EHR. You will design, build, test, and implement technical solutions for visit types, scheduling rules, online scheduling, and referral workqueues.

The role includes 24x7 on-call support and can be performed fully remote from most US locations. The ideal candidate will have Epic Cadence certification, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with referral management.

• Epic Cadence certification - Required
• Bachelor's degree - Required
• Referral Management experience - Preferred
• Epic Fast Pass experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops Epic Cadence software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows.
• Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
• May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
• Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
• Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
