Job summary

Universal Health Services in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Sr. Application Analyst for Epic Professional Billing to lead advanced implementation activities across facilities. You will design, test, train, go-live and support Epic Billing modules while coordinating team work and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires strong IS/EPIC experience, ability to document and plan, and the capability to mentor staff. Travel 25% domestically is expected; healthcare background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Information Systems experience in acute care or Ambulatory, multi-facility setting.
• Working knowledge of information system application design, development, implementation, enhancement, support methods and practices.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of clinical and/or operational application analysis and deployment.
• Ability to create system documentation, project plans, test scripts and education materials.
• Epic certification in Professional Billing/Claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced implementation activities for UHS information applications, including planning, design, testing, training, go-live and support.
• Coordinates work assignments between team members to meet deadlines.
• Provides on-call support as scheduled and maintains issue resolution.
• Oversight of training and guidance to UHS entities as needed.
• Ensures adherence to UHS project management standards and change control.
