Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst – Epic Professional Billing to lead complex implementation projects across planning, design, testing, training and go-live.

This role requires hands-on configuration, documentation, testing, and post‑go‑live issue resolution in a multi-facility environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IS within acute care/ambulatory settings, strong project management and communication skills, and Epic Professional

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Information Systems experience in acute care or multi-facility setting.
• Experience with IS application design, development, implementation, enhancement and support methods.
• Knowledge of clinical/operational applications and workflow.
• Ability to document system requirements, project plans, test scripts and education materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities across planning, design, testing, go-live and support.
• Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and ensure progress.
• Provide on-call support and guidance to UHS entities as needed.
• Maintain communication with user community and stakeholders.
