Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst for Epic Billing to lead advanced implementation activities across facilities, including planning, design, testing, training and go-live support.

You will configure Epic applications, perform testing, resolve issues post go-live, and mentor team members while aligning with PM standards and service levels. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Information Systems experience in acute care or Ambulatory, multi‑facility setting.
• Working knowledge of information system application design, development, implementation, enhancement, support methods and practices.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of clinical and/or appropriate operational application analysis, design, build, deployment and modification as well as troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work with end users to determine software specifications, hardware requirements, and process improvement workflows.
• Ability to create system documentation, project plans, test scripts and education materials.
• Working knowledge of project management methodology and IS standards, change control, quality, and system performance methods and metrics.
• General familiarity of end user business practices, concepts, and terminology sufficient to support the clinical and/or appropriate operational applications.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
