Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party tools. The role spans levels I-IV with increasing responsibilities and requires on-call support, strong problem-solving, and partnership building with customers and colleagues.

Ideal candidates have Epic Professional Billing certifications (PB Admin or PB Claims) and Epic Build experience, and must be prepared to complete the Epic Sphinx test as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certification required or PB Admin/PB Claims certification; dual credentials preferred.
• Epic Build experience required.
• Candidate should be able to complete Epic Sphinx test as part of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain the Epic Professional Billing system and related applications.
• Provide on-call support and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, test scripts, and validation procedures.
• Lead projects to improve patient safety and quality initiatives within Epic modules.
