Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Healthcare or related field required.
• Associate's degree plus 8 years total experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's.
• Epic Beaker CP certification required; AP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and implement Beaker-based solutions to support patient care and operations.
• QA and integrated testing of vendor functionality within Epic Beaker.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability of applications.
• Coordinate projects across applications and develop enhancements and reports.
• Maintain system documentation for build specifications.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead technical tasks.
• Provide 24/7 support for information systems as needed.
