Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Application Analyst to configure and support Beaker pathology workflows within the Epic EHR. This role focuses on delivering accurate, secure, and efficient operations for laboratory processes and billing data.

You will collaborate with clinicians and IT colleagues, perform complex builds, participate in planning, testing, and go-live activities, and maintain up-to-date application knowledge to drive quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification or willingness to obtain within required time.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Healthcare/laboratory operations knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support clinical applications within Epic EHR software.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize provider workflows and care delivery.
• Participate in testing, go-live, and ongoing system upgrades.
• Document issues, track requirements, and assist training activities.
