Qualifications

• HS diploma and 9+ years related experience with leadership preferred.
• At least one Epic certification relevant to the department within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex computer information systems and document designs.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues and train users as needed.
• Guide cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and implementation of Epic systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery from partners.
• Mentor junior team members and drive project leadership.
