Job summary
Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL (Virtual eligible) seeks an Epic Beacon Clinical Applications Analyst - Pharmacy to design, build, optimize, and support Epic pharmacy and clinical applications across inpatient, ambulatory, and oncology settings.
The ideal candidate has pharmacy or oncology nursing background, Epic Beacon certification, and at least 5 years of experience building IT applications; you will partner with pharmacy, clinical, research, and IT teams to ensure safe medication
Qualifications
- Pharmacist, or NP/CNS licensure required, Epic Beacon certification.
- 5+ years of pharmacy/oncology nursing IT/build experience in Epic Beacon.
- Ability to translate operational workflows into Epic functionality.
- Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including pharmacy, clinical, research and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, and maintenance of Epic pharmacy functionality.
- Configure interfaces for inpatient, ambulatory, oncology, and retail services.
- Translate clinical/research protocols into Epic build requirements.
- Lead workflow analysis, validation, and user training sessions.
- Serve as liaison between pharmacy/clinical services and IT/EHR teams.
