Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to advance the functionality and efficiency of Epic applications and related systems. You will design, configure, and implement solutions, ensuring seamless workflow integration and ongoing user support.

The role requires strong analytic and communication skills, experience with Epic and DMS, and the ability to lead and mentor other analysts in a dynamic healthcare environment. On-site work in Utah is expected.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of responsible experience in large, corporate systems development/implementation in Healthcare IT.
• Epic or Health Information Systems experience required.
• Experience administering enterprise DMS (Epic Gallery, Hyland OnBase) and similar platforms.
• Experience with enterprise fax solutions (RightFax) and integrations preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others and collaborate with users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate user Epic needs into technical solutions and processes.
• Perform design, build, test and implementation of Epic and related systems.
• Provide technical support for Epic and other applications and operating systems.
• Develop and enforce standards for development, application support, and information management.
• Participate in after-hours support and train staff as needed.
• Plan, prioritize and execute projects with clear communications to management.
• Assist in creating training materials and conducting staff trainings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
