Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Epic Certification required.
• Four years of experience in large healthcare systems or MIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Translates user and department Epic system needs into technical solutions.
• Performs project reviews and process walk throughs with technical, clinical and business inputs.
• Provides technical knowledge in Epic and other software applications and operating systems.
• Develops, prioritizes and executes projects according to schedules.
• Participates in after-hours technical support on a rotating schedule.
• Contributes to staff training and ensures customer service excellence.
