Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst to advance Epic functionality and operational efficiency. The role involves intermediate to advanced analysis, design, configuration, and implementation within clinical and enterprise workflows.

You will provide technical Epic support, collaborate with users, and contribute to system training. The position reports to an ISD manager or above and supports enterprise document and fax integrations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree, preferred.
• Epic Certification required.
• Four (4) years+ experience in healthcare information systems or similar.
• Experience with enterprise DMS (Epic Gallery, OnBase) and fax platforms (RightFax).
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate user and department Epic needs into technical solutions.
• Perform project reviews and process walk-throughs with technical and business teams.
• Provide intermediate to advanced Epic support, design, testing and implementation.
• Lead training and ensure customer service excellence.
• Coordinate schedules, document plans, and report status to management.
