Advocate Health is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support Epic and clinical information systems. You will design, configure, test, and maintain Epic workflows to meet business and clinical needs, working closely with end users and IT staff.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deliver solutions on schedule. This remote-friendly position offers broad collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in IT or clinical environment with mapping, analysis, and documentation.
• EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing education.
• Proficient in EPIC and related applications, systems, and databases.

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops solutions to moderate to complex business needs.
• Assists with multiple projects and coordinates training when applicable.
• Communicates with users and IT to define requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Acts as liaison between clinical service lines, business units, and IT.
