Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an EPIC Analyst III to collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operations teams in Charlotte, NC (Remote). Configure EPIC HIM, Coding and Abstracting modules, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and documentation. Must have 5+ years in EPIC, Epic Certification in HIM/CD&A, and strong healthcare knowledge.

US work status required. Contract: 6+ months; compensation $65–$70/hour W2.

Qualifications

Years of Experience: At least 5 years experience in Epic, preferred 7 years.
Certifications: Epic Certification- Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting
Differentiators: Prefer recent Healthcare experience and (HM Coding Operational Experience) as this specific application does require some business knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC system workflows.
Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management - Coding and Abstracting modules to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Provide troubleshooting support and resolve system issues to ensure seamless user experience.
Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for staff utilizing EPIC applications.
Gather and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Work with IT and project management teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security best practices in system usage.
Maintain a strong knowledge of EPIC updates and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.
