Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Optime Anesthesia team. This is a Full-time Days role, with regular office hours Monday to Friday, fully remote for approved states.

Remote work allowed for VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV residents. The role requires EPIC Optime Anesthesia certification and EpicCare expertise, with a focus on implementation, updates, and testing across complex IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• Epic build and implementation experience (3+ years).
• EPIC Optime Anesthesia certification required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and project scoping.
• Manages IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Supports team member training/mentoring activities.
