Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management seeks a Senior Epic Analyst to design, configure, test, and implement Epic system changes. You will lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build workflows, and ensure end-to-end success from design through deployment and user adoption.

You will collaborate with Epic representatives, clinicians, and IT leadership to deliver secure, compliant solutions, while mentoring junior analysts and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Epic software and applications.
• Ability to lead design, workflow analysis, and implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating with clinicians, IT, and leadership to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs assessment and design of Epic workflows.
• Configure and build Epic software with stakeholders.
• Lead functional and integrated testing with testing scripts.
• Manage projects from scoping through implementation and transition to operations.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and maintain PHI security.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Comply with policies and PHI handling training.
