Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory for an academic health system.

You will partner with clinicians and operational leaders to adapt ambulatory and specialty workflows, resolve end-user issues, and maintain the EHR across hospitals, clinics, and Community Connect partners. You will mentor customer teams, create build documentation, and collaborate with Epic to enhance the EHR.

Qualifications

• Active certification: EpicCare Ambulatory.
• 5+ years of Epic Ambulatory build and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and documentation needs.
• Ability to work with clinicians to adapt workflows and protocols.
• Strong problem-resolution and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory for the academic health system.
• Partner with clinicians and operational leaders to optimize workflows.
• Prepare detailed specifications covering clinical processes and information flow.
• Provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Create build documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams to maintain the EHR.
