Powers Health is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to provide expert support for the Ambulatory module and related systems. The role covers the full system lifecycle—from implementation to upgrade—with responsibilities spanning liaison work among users, IT, and Epic build teams.

The candidate should have a healthcare, business, or information systems background, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
• Clinical and/or IT technical experience preferred.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Exposure and general understanding of front end workflows.
• Working knowledge of multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, integration/design, or web applications/design.
• General understanding of underlying technologies: hardware, networking, Intranet, Internet, PDA, bar coding and wireless.
• Ability to meet deadlines and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working well in a diverse, multidisciplinary team and interacting with others at all levels.
• Epic proficiency/certification preferred or must obtain Epic proficiency/certification during introductory period.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support to the Ambulatory module and users.
• Manage the full system lifecycle including upgrades.
• Serve as liaison between users, IT, the Epic build team and other departments.
• Perform design, build, optimization, and upgrade tasks for assigned module(s) and integrations.
• Primarily remote with travel onsite to facilities for projects.
