Job summary

The role requires a strong understanding of construction documents, contract administration, and budget control, with up to 100% travel. Candidates must efficiently direct multiple subcontractors to project completion and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large or multiple medium-to-large projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor scope.
• Ability to organize and direct a project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with clients, inspectors, and visitors on site.
• Promotes a safe, secure, and healthy work environment per standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and obtains necessary inspections.
• Develops and manages project schedules with all parties.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manages changes to prevent rework and keeps docs current.
• Maintains and updates project files, field reports, RFI, and drawings.
• Supports closeout: punch lists, start-up, CX of systems.
• Monitors expenditures, identifies variances, and applies corrective actions.
