Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide overall field leadership for large, complex EPC projects and oversee multiple sites as needed. This role drives safe, high-quality, and productive field execution through proactive planning and coordination.

The Senior Superintendent mentors field leaders, ensures alignment with engineering and project management, and fosters strong client relationships while promoting continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC project experience, including leadership of large, complex efforts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management; familiar with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA 30hour).
• Travel 100% by air and ground.

Responsibilities

• FIELD LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION: Provide overall field leadership and direction for large, complex EPC projects or multiple concurrent sites.
• Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality execution.
• Lead and mentor Project Superintendents, General Foremen, and field leadership teams to deliver consistent performance across projects.
