Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Administration professional to lead and manage EPC contract formation, administration, and negotiations.

The role focuses on bid package preparation, contract document development, and ongoing progress forecasting to ensure compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in (sub)contract administration, knowledge of procurement regulations, and strong negotiation and cost-management skills to support

Competenze

• Knowledge of service acquisition & procurement regulations, policies and practices.
• Experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations and accounting.
• Working knowledge of engineering/construction contracting practices.
• Experience in developing contract types (including LSTK, T&M and UR), fee arrangements and terms.
• Experience in solving contractual problems and mitigating business risks.
• Broad knowledge and experience in subcontract administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop multiple contracts and/or services agreements simultaneously.
• Perform formation duties including bid packages, vendor clarifications, and contract documents.
• Implement responsibilities matrix and standard work procedures for Subcontract Administration.
• Administer subcontracts with progress review and reporting.
• Prepare and organize contract-sponsored meetings for clear stakeholder understanding.
• Coordinate with project teams on contract rights, obligations, and performance.
• Represent in contractual discussions of moderate complexity.
• Monitor cost vs scope and prepare status reports.
