Job summary

S&B is a premier Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company with a long track record in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Energy projects. This role focuses on subcontract planning, negotiations, and cost control, interfacing with engineering and construction teams to optimize project performance.

The ideal candidate will have seven years of subcontract experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of related subcontracts experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
• Degree in Business Administration or related curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Project Subcontracting Plans and Subcontract Procedures.
• Assist in developing Project Bidders List.
• Lead bid meetings, clarify requirements with engineering, and complete pre-award RFIs.
• Mentor junior staff and lead regular subcontractor meetings.
• Negotiate prices and terms with Subcontractors; align with policies and objectives.
• Coordinate RFIs between subcontractors and technical services.
