Job summary

S&B is seeking a Project Contracts Manager to lead contract and change management across EPC projects in Houston, TX. You will support procurement and subcontracts from kick-off to close-out, ensuring compliance with the Project Execution Plan and Project Procedures Manual.

The role requires 5+ years in EPC contract management, strong communication skills, and collaboration with project teams and legal support. Hybrid work and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting EPC projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with prime contracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts with customers and manage contractual matters.
• Lead change management during project execution and claim activities.
• Support procurement and subcontracts throughout project execution.
• Prepare change management documents, reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, timelines, deliverables, and payments.
• Coordinate with project teams and internal/legal support.
