Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler in the United States to develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules using Primavera P6. The role leads schedulers, coordinates with engineering, procurement and field teams, and requires travel to job sites to understand means and methods.

The Senior Scheduler updates schedules bi-monthly, manages delay logs, and ensures CPM best practices while communicating progress to the project teams and scheduling manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment
• High proficiency with Primavera P6
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and CPM scheduling
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to travel to jobsites
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6
• Analyze project documents to form EPC schedules
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish durations
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams
• Lead meetings with owners and consultants to update schedules
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path tracking
• Maintain delay logs and contract information for LD exposure
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and scheduling manager
• Run what-if analyses for changing conditions across schedules
• Maintain regional project status reporting
