Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and controls.
• Experience supporting EPC, industrial construction, manufacturing, energy, process, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to analyze large, complex project schedules containing thousands of activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling in industrial or heavy construction environments.
• Knowledge and application of CPM and forecasting in project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated schedules in Primavera P6 for EPC activities.
• Create and manage a master schedule and coordinate 10–15 subcontractor schedules.
• Apply advanced scheduling methodologies, including CPM, to identify activities, dependencies, and risks.
• Support EPC and industrial construction projects by sequencing work for construction, fabrication, and installation.
• Analyze large project schedules to assess progress, variances, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and subcontractors to validate schedule inputs.
• Integrate project controls like forecasting, resource loading, and cost loading into the schedule.
• Perform schedule risk analysis to evaluate impacts and support mitigation planning.
• Prepare and deliver schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
