Zusammenfassung

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead all procurement and materials management for large EPC capital projects. You will manage engineered equipment, bulk materials, and construction services, coordinating with engineering, legal, and government compliance teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, supplier prequalification, negotiations, DPAS/FAR compliance, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in an EPC or large capital project environment.
• Experience managing procurement for large, complex capital projects, preferably with government or defense-related funding.
• Strong background in procurement of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and construction services.
• Experience working with domestic and international suppliers and complex logistics environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the Project Procurement Execution Plan, aligned with contract requirements, project schedule, and sourcing strategy.
• Lead supplier prequalification, bid strategy development, solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate terms in compliance with contracts, policies, FAR/DFAR, and flow-down requirements.
• Ensure DPAS ratings, priority delivery requirements, and government-mandated schedules are met.
• Coordinate with expediting, inspection, materials management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Interface with Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls for alignment and reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation for government audits.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project procurement staff.
