Job summary

EPC Services Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC turnkey projects for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities. This role emphasizes strategic planning, program management, and mentoring of junior staff.

Occasional travel is required; a remote-work arrangement may be considered based on industry experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential to advise executive management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/related field and 10+ years of PM experience on complex transmission/substation projects.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluent written and verbal.
Proficiency with Excel including formatting and formulas; Viewpoint/Vista experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead EPC turnkey projects including program and general project management.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers and assistants.
Oversee project finances, bidding, safety, and field support; travel as needed.
