Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power plant expertise to lead complex projects in the United States. You will develop schedules and budgets, manage costs and profitability, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver timely client billings and contract deliverables.

Travel up to 10% and mentoring junior PMs are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability; monitors status and risks.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinates submittals and technical work; mentors junior project managers.
