Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power / power plants. You will create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives, and manage costs, billing, and risk for multiple projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating submittals, maintaining project timelines, mentoring junior staff, and delivering contracts on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with budgets and approvals.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Coordinate submittals and agency reviews; ensure timely payments to subs.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly reports and bid packages.
