Job summary

CDM Smith's Perry Group seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant heavy industrial power plant experience. You will drive project definitions, schedules and budgets, manage costs and profitability, and coordinate client billings and subcontractor payments.

You will mentor junior project managers, lead meetings with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while monitoring risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with project management methodology and budgeting.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to interact with staff at varying levels and with vendors.
• Expert knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Understanding of construction documents and methods.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage project costs and profitability and review client billings.
• Coordinate change management, risk review and progress tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior project managers.
• Prepare and distribute contract modifications and addendums.
