Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field; 10 years qualified experience; OR
• Associate’s degree with 12 years qualified experience; OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 14 years qualified experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage assigned project activities with expert level of proficiency in all aspects.
• Support and hold employees and contractors accountable for the AEP System Safety Process.
• Manage project plan, schedule, budget, tools, and staff; allocate funding as needed.
• Communicate project/outage details and status updates; lead planning meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop relationships with project teams, customers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to others to improve design, processes, schedules, and costs.
• Provide clarity, support, and accountability to enable others’ success.
• Represent AEP with industrial customers, vendors, regulators as assigned.
• Align projects with AEP project management standards.
