Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager / EPC Project Manager to lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives are met. You will maintain client relationships and drive project performance while guiding integrated EPC teams and developing personnel.

This role requires proven leadership in complex EPC or design-build projects, with strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of EPC/PM experience; 15+ years for Senior PM.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex EPC/design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for EPC project execution.
• Develop, approve, and implement execution plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead integrated teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.
• Serve as primary project interface with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and scope changes within delegated authority.
• Oversee joint venture partners and ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead workforce planning and align resources to project needs.
• Mentor and develop project team members and emerging leaders.
