Kiewit is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager / EPC Project Manager to lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives are met. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of EPC/PM experience; 15+ years for Senior PM.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex EPC/design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for EPC project execution.
• Develop, approve, and implement execution plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead integrated teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.

Position Overview

The Senior EPC Project Manager / EPC Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned EPC projects, ranging from large, complex projects to multiple concurrent assignments. This role ensures delivery of project objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving overall project performance. This position provides leadership to integrated EPC teams and supports the development of project personnel.

This position can be located in Aiken, SC, Oak RIdge, TN, Lenexa, KS, or Idaho Falls, ID.Other locations may be considered. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to relocate and work at project sites for extended periods of time as required.
