Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Controls Leader with 10-15+ years of experience to manage multidiscipline teams across project sites. You will ensure EVMS compliance, integrate cost and schedule performance, and mentor team members while supporting client reporting and risk analysis.

The role requires strong Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel skills, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and change management in nuclear EPC environments. U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project controls experience, preferably in Nuclear/DOE/large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling and scheduling fundamentals.
• Experience with cost control, forecasting, change management, critical path analysis, and time impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide project controls leadership across multidiscipline teams at multiple sites.
• Forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and labor productivity analysis.
• Schedule development, critical path analysis, and change management.
• Client reporting and executive reporting; mentor junior project controls professionals.
