Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the integrated cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, and reporting function for a large nuclear EPC program. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and partner with project management, commercial, engineering, procurement, construction, and clients to safeguard project objectives.

The role requires deep experience in project controls, EVMS, and CPM scheduling, with travel to active project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of project controls experience, incl. 5+ years leading teams on large EPC projects.
• Experience managing cost, scheduling, forecasting, change, risk, and EVMS.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and project controls software experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project controls activities for assigned EPC projects, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, risk analysis, reporting, governance, and team development.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project controls framework, including WBS/CBS/OBS, control accounts, and data governance.
• Own the development, maintenance, and change control of integrated baselines for cost and schedule.
• Direct project financial performance: budgets, commitments, actual costs, cash flow, and EAC/ETC forecasts.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules with critical path analysis.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor activities into a project execution plan.
• Develop project controls reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for leadership and clients.
• Ensure data integrity across financial, procurement, scheduling, and document management systems.
