Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Project Manager II to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will supervise and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multiple sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of PM experience in DB/EPC projects within power delivery. Collaborative leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Experience with prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Oversee prime contract management, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with customers and other project activities on site.
• Mentor junior staff and enforce company standards.
