Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Planning Manager for Major Capital Projects in Houston, TX. The role owns the integrated schedule for projects in the $500M+ range from FEED through handover, driving baseline integrity, critical path visibility, and credible forecasts.

Qualifications

12+ years of planning/scheduling experience on EPC/EPCM capital projects, including lead/manager level on $500M+ projects.
Expert-level Primavera P6 on multi-project, resource-loaded, cost-loaded environments.
Strong command of earned value management, critical path method, and progress measurement in EPC settings.

Responsibilities

Develop WBS, schedule architecture, and baseline aligned to CBC and deliverables.
Integrate schedules from contractors/subcontractors into a single master schedule; manage interfaces and constraints.
Produce weekly/monthly reports: S-curves, CPM, trend analysis, look-ahead schedules.
Define progress measurement rules and validate contractor progress with evidence.
Lead planning team across packages and drive standardization of planning procedures.
