Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in El Paso, TX, seeks an experienced EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end energy projects from feasibility to handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality while guiding a multidisciplinary team and maintaining client relationships.

This role requires 10+ years in large-scale energy EPC leadership, PMP preferred, and travel 25-75%. Proficiency with MS Office, Accubid, ACC and Primavera is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale EPC projects including development activities.
• Experience across feasibility, conceptual design, site assessment, and proposal support; full lifecycle involvement.
• Travel 25–75%, based on project needs.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; on-call/time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead early project development activities including feasibility studies and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Provide risk assessment and strategy guidance during pre-contract phase.
• Lead planning, staffing, budgets and delivery of EPC projects.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers and drive best practices.
• Maintain strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships.
