Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex energy engineering, procurement, and construction projects. The role focuses on early development, feasibility, and moving through commissioning and handover.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while guiding a multidisciplinary team and maintaining client relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• A PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale specialty construction projects (EPC).
• Experience across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organization, and staffing of EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during pre-contract and execution phases.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and on-site construction activities to ensure milestones are met.
