Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) Roanoke, VA seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management from inception through closeout. The role includes managing subcontracts, purchase orders, and field supervision.

The Sr. PM ensures safety, quality, and environmental compliance, while guiding a team of PMs and construction staff to meet project milestones and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in Construction Project Management, DB/EPC focus preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Experience in engineering, design, construction, contracting methodologies, planning, and procurement administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Directs engineering design and construction activities across projects to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Oversees prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders and audits subcontractor performance and invoices.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and customer goals.
• Coordinates progress reporting, budgeting, and schedule management on a monthly basis.
• Maintains strong customer communications and effective coordination among project stakeholders.
• Provides leadership to project managers and site safety representatives; mentors junior staff.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
