Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist III to lead procurement activities for complex EPC projects in power generation, renewables, BESS, and infrastructure. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations from award to closeout.

The role requires examining supplier proposals, managing procurement planning, and coordinating with Engineering and Project Management to ensure timely, cost-effective material delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing experience.
• Experience with EPC, energy, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Experience procuring engineered equipment and subcontracted services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities from project award through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop procurement strategies for major equipment and subcontracted services.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, plus conduct commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, warranties, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management for defined requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
