Job summary

Potelco, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Hubbard, OR or Sumner, WA to lead EPC projects for high‑voltage transmission, distribution, and substations.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client relationships, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and field teams to deliver complex projects safely and on time. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong contracts knowledge, and travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction, with EPC or design-build exposure.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel; able to obtain drug and alcohol screening; valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from award through closeout, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop execution plans and schedule milestones to meet contractual targets.
• Direct construction and maintenance activities for transmission, distribution, and substation facilities.
• Support estimating and pre-construction through scope/constructability reviews.
• Manage contracts with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors; process changes.
• Oversee procurement and coordination with supply chain to support schedules.
• Present status, financials, and risks to customers and leadership.
