Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to write business correspondence and communicate effectively.
• Must be willing to travel, short-term.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Confer with personnel, owners, subcontractors to discuss work procedures and problems.
• Interpret plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Plan, organize or direct activities related to construction and maintenance of structures.
• Execute corrective actions for delays or emergencies.
