Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead EPC projects for high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation work from award through closeout, based in Hubbard, OR or Sumner, WA.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and customer relationships, coordinating with engineering, procurement, estimating, field operations, and subcontractors to deliver complex projects safely and on time. Compensation is $170,000-$200,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction EPC or design-build projects.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Proficient writing business correspondence and communicating effectively.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, customers, and permitting agencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel (short-term).
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from award through closeout and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project execution plans and milestones.
• Organize construction and maintenance activities for transmission, distribution, and substation facilities.
• Coordinate internal and third-party engineering teams for design deliverables.
• Oversee procurement of long-lead materials and equipment with supply chain.
• Prepare contracts and revisions with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, utilities, and regulators.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA/compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project staff.
