Job summary

Potelco, Inc. in Hubbard, OR (also Sumner, WA) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead EPC projects in high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substations.

You’ll oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and customer relations across engineering, procurement, and field ops to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in construction project management, and a track record of cross-functional success; travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Experience managing EPC or design-build projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with construction contracts and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from award through closeout with safety, quality, and budget focus.
• Develop execution plans and schedule milestones to meet contracts.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to deliver projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and change orders with clients.
