Job summary

Alliance Group Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead development and execution of large-scale natural gas-fired power generation projects, including simple-cycle and combined-cycle facilities.

The role covers construction procurement, EPC execution, commissioning, and commercial operation with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will bring deep EPC execution expertise, utility-scale asset management, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for advanced project leadership.
• Experience leading large EPC projects with budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of CTG/CCGT project execution from development through COD.
• Manage EPC contractors and OEMs (e.g., GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget (typical $300MM–$1B+).
• Ensure alignment with commercial, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Drive decision-making and problem resolution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee commissioning, startup, and handoff to operations.
