Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 13+ years of relevant work experience
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Oversees client billing and subcontractor payments to ensure timely cash flow.
• Monitors project risks and escalates as needed.
• Manages changes using change management protocols.
• Communicates deadlines and objectives to project teams.
• Prepares overall project schedule and in-house construction budgets.
• Coordinates and attends pre-bid meetings and tabulations of bid results.
• Prepares closeout meetings and monthly reports.
