Job summary

You will develop schedules, budgets, and statements of work, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Thirteen or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and supervises timely payments; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Manages change using change protocols and communicates deadlines clearly.
• Prepares overall project schedule and in-house budgets by group responsibility.
• Facilitates meetings with stakeholders and mentors less experienced PMs.
